1. Overview
DP204 is a GEPON ONU (Optical network Unit), provides broadband IP communication efficiently over the FTTH (Fiber To The Home) network that has the PON (Passive Optical Network) structure. The ONU has four 10/100Base-T LAN ports and one PON interfaces. All Ethernet ports on ONU are auto-negotiation feature, so support 10/100 Mbps Ethernet connections with various subscriber equipments. Based on providing advanced QoS feature, DP204 ONU can support Video (IPTV) service and VoIP service well, as well as high-speed Internet access. Family users or Multi-user can share the ONU to connect their PCs or IPTV Set-Box or IP-phones to Ethernet ports simply. As support 802.1Q VLAN features and AES-128 encryption and 802.1x authentication, users can access kinds of sources in security.
